The Shanghai International Hotel and Catering Expo (HOTELEX Shanghai) was successfully held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). The exhibition has created a new milestone in the history of food and beverage exhibitions on a scale of 400,000 square meters. The exhibition received 211,962 professional visitors and business negotiations, an increase of 33% over 2019, with 2,717 overseas visitors from 103 countries and regions. The number of exhibitors was 2,875, an increase of 12% over 2019. The Shanghai International Hotel and Catering Expo (HOTELEX Shanghai) will be held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). The exhibition is also one of the three major business card activities to be built during the 14th Five-Year Plan period hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism------- an important part of the Shanghai Tourism Expo. The exhibition is expected to reach 400,000 square meters. Will attract more than 250,000 people from the hotel catering, retail, casual dining, professional visitors to visit and conduct business exchanges, the number of exhibitors more than 3000, exhibits will be more comprehensive coverage of the hotel and catering industry throughout the supply chain, and strive to create a more open and efficient communication space for global restaurants.
