團餐展區(qū)：食材半成品、肉制品、肉禽調(diào)理食材、水產(chǎn)調(diào)理品、調(diào)味品、面點制品、乳制品等。
火鍋食材及用品展區(qū)：牛羊肉、毛肚百葉、豆制品、火鍋面、菌菇、筍類等。
餐廚及中央廚房設備展區(qū)：廚房餐飲設備、燒烤設備及用品、火鍋用品、火鍋專用桌、一次性餐具、食品機械設備、包裝機械及包裝材料。
