The audience has been growing year after year
A total of 159,267 professional visitors from hotels and restaurants, coffee, ice cream and baking industries, bars and clubs, commercial and retail industries, including professional buyers, distributors and agents, visited the exhibition, up 8.89% year-on-year, with professional visitors from 123 countries and regions, including 5,502 overseas visitors.

IN 2019, HOTELEX EXHIBITORS AND THEIR EXHIBITS FROM 116 COUNTRIES AND REGIONS AROUND THE WORLD ATTRACTED A TOTAL OF 2,567 HIGH-QUALITY FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE EXHIBITORS, CHINESE MAINLAND TO EAST CHINA, SOUTH CHINA, NORTH CHINA, NORTHEAST FOUR REGIONS, HONG KONG, MACAO AND TAIWAN AND OTHER INTERNATIONAL AND REGIONAL PRODUCTS ACCOUNTED FOR 42.37 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF EXHIBITS.

來自世界各地酒店及餐飲行業(yè)、咖啡、冰淇淋及烘焙行業(yè)、酒吧會所、商超零售業(yè)等行業(yè)的專業(yè)買家、經(jīng)銷商、代理商等共計159,267名專業(yè)觀眾參觀展覽會，同比增長8.89%，專業(yè)觀眾分別來自全球123個國家和地區(qū)，其中5,502名海外觀眾。

2019年HOTELEX的展商及其展品來自全球116個國家和地區(qū)，共計吸引2,567家優(yōu)質餐飲服務類參展商，中國內(nèi)地以華東、華南、華北、東北四個區(qū)域為主，港澳臺及其他國際和地區(qū)產(chǎn)品占展品總數(shù)的42.37%。
